ComputePrep is a 100% digital service. No physical goods are shipped — everything is delivered electronically.

Digital delivery only

ComputePrep does not sell or ship any physical products. The daily timed drills are delivered through our website and Progressive Web App at computeprep.com, accessible online wherever the app is reachable.

Pro

When you start Pro, access is granted to your account immediately after the payment provider confirms the transaction — there is no shipment and no waiting period. One Pro plan covers both ComputePrep and our sister product Deduce, and unlocks on both as soon as it activates.

The Speed Book

The Speed Book is a PDF. After a successful payment you get a download link on the confirmation screen and the same link by email, normally within a few minutes. Nothing is posted or couriered.

Shipping charges

There are no shipping or delivery charges, because nothing is physically shipped.

If access isn't delivered

If your payment succeeded but Pro has not activated, or the Speed Book email has not arrived within a few minutes, please refresh the app and check your spam folder, then email [email protected] with your payment reference / order ID. We will deliver your access or, where applicable, process a refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
