Refund & Cancellation Policy

ComputePrep's daily drills are free to practise. This policy covers the optional Pro subscription and the one-time Speed Book purchase.

The daily drills are free

The daily timed drills, the vedic-maths techniques, the ranks board and your progress are free to use. There is no charge to practise, so there is nothing to cancel or refund for the free product.

Pro

Pro is an optional digital subscription that unlocks unlimited practice drills and the Ganak quant coach (and, on our sister product Deduce, the puzzle archive and the Saarathi coach — one Pro plan covers both apps). It starts with a 7-day free trial and is then billed in advance for the chosen period. Entitlements are delivered electronically and activate on your account immediately after a successful payment.

The Speed Book

The Speed Book is a one-time digital purchase — a PDF, delivered to your account and by email immediately after payment. Because it is a downloadable file you keep, it is generally non-refundable once delivered. We will still gladly refund you if you were charged in error or charged twice, if a fault on our side stopped you receiving a working PDF and we could not fix it, or if you contact us within 7 days of purchase without having downloaded the full book. The free sample exists precisely so you can judge the book before paying.

Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us.
Cancelling during the 7-day free trial means you are never charged.
After the trial, cancellation stops the next renewal — you will not be charged again.
You keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

Because Pro access is a digital service delivered immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. We will, however, gladly issue a refund in these cases:

You were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after cancelling.
A technical fault on our side prevented you from using the features you paid for, and we could not resolve it.
You contact us within 7 days of the charge and have not made significant use of the paid features in that period.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the payment reference / order ID and the email address on your account. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method via our payment provider, Razorpay. Once we process a refund it typically reaches your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Nothing is physically shipped — see the Shipping & Delivery Policy for how digital access is delivered. Your rights under our Terms are unaffected by this policy.
