Areas of rectangle, triangle, circle and trapezium; volumes and surface areas of cuboid, cylinder, cone and sphere. That is roughly a dozen formulas, and they cover almost every mensuration question these papers set. The remainder are usually solvable from those by decomposition.
It scales by the multiplier for each dimension it touches. Doubling a sphere's radius multiplies volume by eight; doubling a cylinder's radius alone multiplies it by four. Reading which dimensions a change touches answers most of these without computing any volume at all.
Convert everything to one unit before substituting, and check what the answer is asked in. A volume in cubic centimetres against options in litres is the most common trap in this family — a thousand cubic centimetres is one litre, and that factor is what the wrong options are built on.
