## Terms of Use

ComputePrep is a daily timed quant drill. The daily is free; Pro, the Speed Book and institute seats are optional paid purchases. By using it, you agree to these straightforward terms.

### Using ComputePrep

- The daily drills are provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial study, and always will be. Paid items — the Pro subscription, the Speed Book PDF and institute seats — are optional and are described below.
- Play fairly: don't automate answering, script or scrape the drill endpoints, attempt to read answers before a round ends, manipulate timing, or otherwise interfere with the service or with other players' rankings.
- The drills, their generated questions, walkthroughs and options are part of the service and may not be republished, resold or presented as your own material.
- Teachers and institutes are welcome to have students use ComputePrep as-is. For batch or branded use, [talk to us first](https://computeprep.com/contact).

### Accounts

No account is required to play. Signing in is optional and open to everyone — with Google, or with a passwordless code sent to your email address — and you are responsible for keeping that account secure. We may suspend access for abuse, automation, or attempts to game scores and rankings.

### Paid items

- **Pro** is an optional subscription — ₹199 per month or ₹1,499 per year — that unlocks unlimited practice drills beyond the daily, the full drill archive and the Ganak quant coach here, and the equivalent on our sister product Deduce. One subscription covers both. It starts with a 7-day free trial and then renews automatically for the period you chose until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves the current period running.
- **The Speed Book** is a one-off ₹199 PDF purchase, delivered by email immediately after payment. It is licensed to you for personal study and may not be redistributed, resold or shared.
- **Institute seats** are sold per student for a fixed term from activation, on the terms published on our [institutes page](https://computeprep.com/institutes).
- Payments are processed by **Razorpay**; we never receive or store your card or UPI credentials. Prices are in Indian rupees. Refunds and cancellation are governed by our [Refund & Cancellation Policy](https://computeprep.com/refund), and delivery by our [Shipping & Delivery Policy](https://computeprep.com/shipping).
- We may change prices; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.

### Availability and changes

We aim for high availability and correct scoring, but ComputePrep is offered **"as is"**, without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change the drills, the time limits, the scoring curve and these terms as the product evolves; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

### No guarantee of results

ComputePrep is practice material for building calculation speed. It is not coaching, not a syllabus, and not a promise of any exam result or selection. See our [disclaimer](https://computeprep.com/disclaimer).

### Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Launchship IT & Media Services Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of ComputePrep, including exam outcomes.

### Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
