# ComputePrep for coaching institutes — per-seat pricing and a teacher console

# Your students already practise free. This tells you who actually did.

ComputePrep gives every aspirant a timed daily quant drill at no cost. What an institute buys is the other half: a **console over your batch** — who practised, how often, how accurate, how fast, and which topic to spend Tuesday on.

**233 : 1** — SSC CGL 2026 drew 28,52,665 applications for 12,256 posts. IBPS PO and SO together offered 6,715. At those ratios, prelims cut-offs are not decided by who knows the syllabus. They are decided by *seconds per question*.

## What you're buying

This is the institute side, and it is the whole product. No question banks to write, no content calendar, nothing to install.

- **The teacher console** — one row per student: rounds attempted, accuracy, average seconds, days practised, days practised in the last 7, when they were last active, and their weakest topic. Sorted *quietest first*, because a leaderboard already tells you who is winning. Export the lot as CSV.
- **A weekly speed-test window** — you set the window, the batch sits it, the board ranks it. The fixed ritual is what makes them open the app on a day you choose.
- **Printable worksheet PDFs** — the same generators mint offline sheets with a correct answer key, for class use or a parent meeting.
- **Your branding** — institute name, logo and colour on the batch board, on the join screen a student sees before they enter, and on the worksheets. Students join with your batch's code.
- **Fresh drills, every single day** — 23 drill kinds with new questions minted daily for as long as your seats run: simplification, approximation, percentages, squares and cubes, averages, number series, DI and more, plus a [vedic-shortcut track](https://computeprep.com/vedic-maths). Nothing to leak, nothing to re-write next season.

## What your students get — honestly, one thing

We would rather you hear this from us than find it out in a click. Almost everything a student sees is **already free to anyone** who signs in:

- **The seat's student-side value:** the daily practice meter is lifted from 20 drills a day to **100**.
- **Free to everyone anyway, seat or no seat:** the daily drill, progress history, and the Veda help widget. A seat does not gate these and never will — free adoption is what makes the batch record worth reading. (The full drill archive is a Pro perk, same as on the consumer side — a seat does not include it.)

Which is why the pitch is the console, not a student perk. If a student can get it for ₹0 by signing in, we are not going to sell it to you as a benefit.

All prices per student, **ex-GST**; GST is charged at the applicable rate on the invoice. Seats are bought in **blocks of 50**, prepaid by UPI or bank transfer.

**About the Full seat.** The coach is a real one-to-one tutor on both apps: **Saarathi** inside Deduce for reasoning, and **Ganak** (गणक) inside ComputePrep for quant — it opens on a student's finished drill, sees the question they just played, and answers "why is that the answer?" and "what's the fastest method?". A Full seat switches both on for that student; a practice seat does not include them.

**No volume break on the Full seat.** Coach cost is real inference and it rises with usage rather than falling with headcount — we would rather say so than invent a discount we would have to fund.

### Seat terms worth knowing up front

We don't sell anything as unlimited or free-forever. Every allowance is a number and every seat has an end date, so there is nothing to discover after you have signed:

- **100 drills per student per day.** That is ~35 minutes of continuous timed practice; no student we have seen comes close. The number exists so the limit is one we can stand behind rather than one you find out about.
- **Full seats: 120 coach questions per student per day.** The coach is real AI inference and it is the one thing here that costs us money per use. During a national exam-season peak, heavy users are throttled before light ones — so one busy batch can never quietly degrade the coach for another institute's students.
- **Seat life is 12 months (annual) or 6 (batch), and runs from activation, not purchase.** Unused seats in a block do not burn — buy 50 in June and activate the last of them in October. There is no auto-renewal.
- **Transfers are free within 30 days of activation**, so a genuine early dropout costs you nothing. After that the seat is spent.
- **If a subscription lapses, the console closes and the history stays.** We do not delete your students' records.

### One-time, and only if you want them

- **Setup / activation — ₹2,500.** Provisioning, your seats, join code and QR, branding, and a 45-minute onboarding call. Payable before provisioning.
- **Your own subdomain — ₹5,000** (yourinstitute.computeprep.com). **Set up by hand, per institute — allow 3–5 working days.** It is not a self-serve switch, and we would rather quote you the lead time than have you discover it after signing.
- **Your own domain — on request.** Quoted per case, same manual setup and lead time. We supply the CNAME target and manage the certificate; changes at your registrar stay yours, email on that domain is never ours, and on exit we detach cleanly and the domain stays yours.
- **Extra faculty training — ₹3,000 per session**, beyond the onboarding call.

## Start with ten free practice seats for 90 days

**The first 10 practice seats are free for 90 days.**

No card, nothing to cancel. Put ten real students on real seats, open the console, and see whether it tells you anything you did not already know. The clock starts when your seats are activated, not when we speak, and when you want batch two that is when you buy a block.

**Why 90 days and not "free forever".** A 30-day trial expires during an exam crunch, dies quietly and teaches nobody anything — which is why we don't run one of those either. Ninety days spans a full coaching cycle. We would rather publish a date than make a forever-promise we would one day have to take back.

**One trial per institute, once.** Ten seats on one batch — the batch you pick. When the 90 days are up you either buy a block or you don't; there is no second trial and no rolling free tier, which is exactly why we can offer this one without hedging it.

The free seats are practice seats; the AI coach is not included in them.

## Founding Institute — the first ten only

**Ten institutes get founding rates, locked for three years.**

Limited to the first 10 institutes.

That cap is counted on our server, not asserted by a badge on this page. When the tenth is taken the programme closes and this line will say so — we would rather show you a real number than a countdown that resets when you reload.

The two discounts are deliberately different depths. A practice seat costs us almost nothing to run, so we can cut it hard. A Full seat spends real money on AI inference every time a student uses the coach — a 40% cut there would be a discount we had to fund out of the seat itself, and those get withdrawn.

- **Years two and three are locked at those rates**, signed up front. That lock *is* the offer. A first-year-only discount just builds a cliff at month 12 — where small accounts churn hardest — and we would lose exactly the institutes the discount was meant to earn.
- **Setup and activation waived** — the ₹2,500 above.
- **It is not free.** At the 50-seat block minimum, a founding practice block is a ₹12,000 invoice, ex-GST. Ten institutes who paid tell us something; fifty who were curious tell us nothing.
- **Founding rates and volume breaks do not stack.** You take whichever of the two is better for you — never both.

**What we ask in return — contractually, not as a favour:**

- A **named case study** — your institute, your numbers, your name on it.
- A **testimonial video**, short, in your own words.
- **Two referral introductions** to other institute owners.

A discount with nothing attached is just a lower price, and it teaches both of us that the list price was never real. This one is a trade, and it goes in the agreement.

**Start with the ten free practice seats above.** The founding rate is what your first paid block costs once you have watched the console work on your own students — it is not a decision you have to make today.
